D-Tronics - Brownsville

Update, complaint filed with BBB, Texas consumer protection agency, News channel 5 Still no response from D-tronics Quick run down on these scamers Windows Tented, bubbles. Now the good news.. $2500 worth of components and service and I end up with a POS.. JVC 7" Head unit, had to replace my brand new phone in order for it to work, definitely customers falt, hint maybe they should test the product first or gain some more knowledge. Viper alarm system, has a mind of its own I have to use my keys more then I use the remote.. 5 exterior LED lights must be working with the viper alarm system because they don't work most of the time either, although they come on with out any help from time to time. All the toggles are feeling the pain as well some work some don't, more D-Tronics magic. Provided backup camera from Amazon, works perfectly... Now for the really good stuff.. This was a new 32k GMC van : Alternator will not provide the correct voltage, they said it was fixed but nope.. Abs and traction control are feeling the magic as well I get to enjoy seeing them lights on my dashboard now. I have no working lights in the van unless I turn them on. Super convenient.. And last but not least I have a hole in my dashboard for no reason at all. Dealing with this bunch of clowns is just plain stupid. First the manager basically called me a lier a few times , they had my car for two 12 hour days and the system is still not working. Totally don't have any people skills or customer service. Now if you got this far, your thinking I'm acting like a jerk, well I gave them lots of money and opportunity to get it working and I was pretty cool with everyone from the sales people to the installers, spending 24 hours between Fri and Saturday 12 hours a day you definitely get to meet the people. So check it out... Out of all the work and components I purchased the one thing that is working is the camera that came from Amazon.. Oh yeah and the guy telll me don't worry it's under warranty, I thought maybe my eyes popped out, so I'm thinking nice you warranty your crappy work. I don't know, do what you want, but I think the place is a total scam, and now I have a crappy van to go with my crappy D-TRONICS system.. Something is wrong with this picture..
