CARROLL'S INSPECTORS
About us
We have been in business for over 10 years and have inspected over 5000 homes and buildings in the Rio Grande area. We were the first by over 6 years in South Texas to offer energy audits and Energy Star for homes compliance inspections. We have a large variety of tools and specialized training that goes far beyond what is required of an inspector in Texas. Some of the special tools we have include drones, bore-scopes, thermal imaging cameras, electrical voltage analyzers, generators, air conditioner duct testers, blower doors, spore trap pumps, allergen vacuums, and combustible gas detectors. These tools allow us to inspect areas that would not be normally accessible and give much better information to protect you and your family on their next home purchase. Our services do not stop with the inspections though. On our Residential Home Inspection, we will give a bound, detailed report that includes photos of the items found. In most cases we provide this report onsite. We also rather you be present at the inspection so we can show you a slide show, go through the report, and answer any questions you may have. We understand you may not be able to be there so we also can e-mail you the report and discuss it over the phone as well. We accept most forms of payment would be happy to work with you .
