I really trust him. It doesn't matter that I am a woman. I took my car into the dealership over and over to no avail. He was able to find something small that will never effect my car. He could have charged me and arm and a leg, but he didn't. He is knowledgable and honest. He works under warranty and will only charge you for labor.
