cell phone service
 + -1 moreI have stayed with them so long is that I was grandfathered into the unlimited data plan. There is nothing special other than they had the monopoly to the iPhone. Their customer service is nothing special. They are just another big company. They have to ask their supervisor and they have to ask their supervisor and nobody can make a decision to help you.
Description of Work: We have our cellular phones through them.

landline phone service
 + -1 moreI only have them because they bought another company. Generally, they are pretty reliable. There is someone who answers the phone and walks you through what you need to get fixed. The overall experience is average because there is not a lot of cell service where we're located. The price is average. The quality is good. Their responsiveness and punctuality are average. The are professional. Normally, they are right there to provide service. It is just aggravating when they say they are going to call you back but they don't.
