AT & T

I have stayed with them so long is that I was grandfathered into the unlimited data plan. There is nothing special other than they had the monopoly to the iPhone. Their customer service is nothing special. They are just another big company. They have to ask their supervisor and they have to ask their supervisor and nobody can make a decision to help you.

They are okay. I don't think they are any better or any worse than anybody else.

I have used AT&T around eight years. I have not yet faced any problem with AT&T. I would recommend them. I have an excellent overall experience.

I do not like them but have been with them for a long time. I do not recommend them.

If AT&T wasn't the only service out here, I wouldn't use them.

They give a decent service. Nothing that really stands out though.

I only have them because they bought another company. Generally, they are pretty reliable. There is someone who answers the phone and walks you through what you need to get fixed. The overall experience is average because there is not a lot of cell service where we're located. The price is average. The quality is good. Their responsiveness and punctuality are average. The are professional. Normally, they are right there to provide service. It is just aggravating when they say they are going to call you back but they don't.
