A total failure!

The kitchen sink was backing up with water (wouldn't drain). Attempted to fix it ourselves using a plunger, Drano, and a small snake device purchased at a local hardware store. Couldn't fix it ourselves, so we looked on Angie's List to find a reputable local dealer. We called Angel's (Chronis) Plumbing on Sunday night to make an appointment, and they arrived the next day and fixed the problem. They said they would be here at 11:00 a.m., but called at that time to let us know they were running a little behind and would be here by noon, which they were. In addition to unclogging the drain, they also replaced some old seals on the garbage disposal to prevent future leaks. This father and son team was professional and courteous. This was a good experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink for about a month when I noticed a lot of dampness under the sink and heard a gurgle from the drain when the faucet was turned off. I have a water purifier system attached to the sink also. The garbage disposal vibrated a lot and there was also some rust on the bottom of the unit. I called Chronis Plumbing (?formerly called Angel's Plumbing) on Wednesday afternoon and they said they could come on Thursday AM. They called on Thursday AM at 9 AM for directions to my house and arrived within 30 minutes. The informed me that my old garbage disposal was indeed the problem of the leak and warned me also that the sink itself was rusting and would have to be replaced soon but was not the source of the leak. They replaced the garbage disposal (with a model I had bought a few days ago just in case a new one was needed) and insured everything was OK under the sink. They would not adjust or replace the water purifier since it was under contract to a water company for maintenance. They finished the job in under an hour and I was happy with the way this father and son team worked and communicated with me.

This is a father and son business, that really is reliable. They use the best materials,are all business when working,and do good work they stand behind.
