I had requested an 11 am appointment. The tecnician showed up one hour late. He performs the work, charges me and leaves. My mistake (because I was in a hurry), was not to check the repair. Turns out that he did not properly reassemble the dryer and now, even though it heats and dries properly it makes a horrible scratching sound. I call the company and am told that they will be sending a technician to fix THEIR mistake sometime five days from now. Five days. Because it was THEIR inadequate repair job, I naively expected a "We will try and fix that for you as soon as possible and we apologize for the inconvenience sir" I can understand that when I request a new service, I have to wait until they are able to come and if I don't like it I'll get someone else. But this was THEIR mistake. And now I have to wait because I don't want to pay any additional repairs to somebody else. And I feel that they are taking advantage of that. An extremely uncomfortable, upsetting and disappointing experience. First and last time I use this company's service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
