Jim drove all the way to Mt. Pleasant, Tx for this job. That's 2 hours from his main area. He walked all over this 4500 sf house, including the attic, to check the ducting and any other potential heat loss points. He went way beyond the scope during the unit inspection. His service, knowledge, and integrity are outstanding in every way.

The jobs Mr. Palady has done for me have gone so well, I'll never use anyone else again, if at all possible. Not only is he excellent at what he does, but he is profoundly honest. He will not replace something that can be repaired, and won't waste time or money repairing something that should be replaced.

Well, I kinda have already done that in the above space. I hope this report can still be used, but I'm not sure I want to re-write all that i have already writen.

The installers were very unprofessional, tracking clay mud into my house. They harassed me for removing the builder's special 10 SEER unit. (I installated a high-efficiency, variable speed 16 SEER system.) The system was installed incorrectly. My thermostat was never programmed. They put the wrong filter in the return ducts. I had to call multiple times to get a service tech to repair my whole house air filtration system. One time the person who answered the phone told me to call back because she was the grocery store and couldn't take my name. They had to come out 3 times because they could not fix the filtration system. The heat pump was also severely undercharged.
