I dropped of the pedestals at their shop on Friday near closing. The owner looked over the condition of pedestals and provided an estimate of the cost to repair if he were able to accomplish the repair in his intended manner. In addition, he advised the cost if he had to complete the repair using an alternate method (i.e. build new bases, rather able to repair the original bases.) Owner estimated the repair to take one to two weeks. The job was completed within 10 days and they were able to repair the pedestal bases, rather than have to build replacement bases. The final cost was equal to the original lower provided estimate plus
taxes. I would certainly recommend the business to others.

We were happy and we just got it today. They were on Angie's List and had mainly "A" recommendations. They seemed to do it right.

Everything was on time, very professional and done beautifully. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was not satisfied with the refinishing. They used the wrong hinges and screws on trying to repair a butler tray table.

They responded quickly and returned the table in good time.
Unfortunately, they runined it instead of made it better.

Called in to make an appointment for an estimate.
At estimate appointment I picked the fabric for the upholstery and we made an appointment for them to take the furniture. An estimate for the date of completion was also given. The furniture was taken at the agreed upon time, but the fabric was on back order. We decided we still wanted that backordered pattern since it was no problem to wait an extra week or two. When the work was completed they called us to schedule delivery. Furniture looked wonderful with work completed.

I've called Able Furniture 4 times this week requesting a return phone
call for a quote on reupholstering two recliners. They do not even
return the calls. Unprofessional. I will not bother with these folks
again.

I called for an appointment, and Jesus Castillo and another gentleman came out to the house to look at the chairs. They gave me a quote for the work, and I asked if he could give me an Angie's List member discount. Jesus replied with what I took as a snide chuckle, "This is already a good price." His bid was way above another's quote for the same work, and I really did not appreciate his demeanor or his comment. Needless to say I did not hire Able Furniture and will not even call them again if I need some work done. My "C" up above for quality is a guess. I have no idea if their work is good or not.

Responded quickly when I called to set up an appointment. Delivered the furniture when promised.

called these guys and they came on time to pick up the fabric I had purchased along with the chair and ottoman....no pick up or delivery charges. I was so surprised when they called me three days later to say my pieces were ready for delivery! They delivered right on time that morning and I am thrilled with the way things turned out.....like getting new furniture. They are hard working guys and do a wonderful job! Very happy with this company and am now looking for my next project to send to them!!!

Outstanding. They are friendly, work very hard to please and are always, always on time. Best of all, their prices are the best I've found in the Houston metropolitan area. Jesus will pick up and deliver anywhere, so it's worth it to call even though they are in Brookshire. If you're not happy with the work for any reason, he'll do it over until it's right.

While having the interior or our house repainted, the footboard of our new bed was broken. Mr. Castillo came to give us an estimate and pointed out that the headboard had been damaged as well. He took both pieces back to his shop, repaired them, and touched up the finish. He brought the pieces back four days later and reassembled the bed. It is now stronger and looks better than when it was new. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. The final price was exactly what he had estimated. We recommend him very highly.

He is wonderful, polite, punctual and his craftsmanship is superb.

Jesus Castillo was very professional. He came within a couple of days to give the bid. He gave us an estimate and we chose to go with him, over 2 previous estimates. Our table and chairs were ready in about 10 days. We were extremely pleased with the work. The table and chairs look new. They are 20 yrs. old. He did one chair first for us to look at, to see if we liked it. We would definitely use him again.

They come quickly to pick up furniture, have very competive prices, and do a spectacular job. They were courteous and helpful in selecting wood color,type of refinishing, etc.
