I can't believe that you are still using Yoakum House Moving on your web page. They came out and were here for 4 hours. They scammed a 84 year old woman in stage Dementia. Told her they were completely done. Took her money and admitted that they didn't do not even 25% of the home and weren't coming back. Tried for 5 months to get them to give the money back or go do what you were paid for. They haven responded not to 1 text message or not even called us back. They have even told the insurance company their not going to do anything.

I dealt with Larry the whole time. He came and saw the house and I told him where I wanted to move it. He said they didn't need any money down and I would pay when they moved it. He had to deal with the electrical company to move the wires. It turned out to be two light companies. They gave him a price to move the wires and I tried to call multiple times, and I finally got a hold of him and he said it was a different company. There were more delays and I spoke with the owner of the house and he said it took too long and he had given the house to someone else. Yoakum House Movers moved the house for someone else while he was dealing with me.

Mr. Larry Schroeder owns this 50 year old business which was started by his father-in-law. He and his crew are very professional and know their business. I had to call Mr. Schroeder back a few weeks later to tweak a small area within the house which was troubling me. He came and fixed the matter to my satisfaction. He is very honest and trustworthy man with a knowledge of experience.
