Nature By Design

He is excellent.  He knows the plants and he knows how to do the rose garden.  He is good.  He is worth every penny.  I have been using him for about two and half years.  He is very professional.  He knows plants and he knows how to do it.  He knows how to do problem solving if there is a problem.  He fixes the problem.  He communicates well with his clients.  He understands all different types of plants.  He did a work for my neighbour which is a flag down path and it is absolutely beautiful.  He is really good with stone works; cutting stones and turning it into a pathway.  It?s just absolutely beautiful and it has water features that he did for one of my neighbour and it?s absolutely exquisite.  He also planted roses for my neighbor?s front and it?s beautiful.  He draws a sample plan then gives you options and walks you through it.  He is very good with someone who does know plants and he brings pictures where you can choose from.  He gives you the pros and cons of whatever you picked out.  He does things beautifully.   

He communicates by text.  Occasionally he get stuck with a project but he will communicate with you.  I have used other landscapers but he is the best.

He can be pricey and he is hard to get because he is so busy, but when you get him he is wonderful. He knows what he is doing. I had a fountain and the other contractor I used left me with a fountain that leaks and it didn't have auto fill and it was supposed to have auto fill and it leaked horribly. The solution of the other bad contractor was to put a rubber literally in the fountain so you could see the rubber lining and it took Nature By Design probably four days take apart and put up an auto fill and get it waterproof so it would hold water. He was a certified rain harvester, he can put in rain harvesting units and the other man put in the rain harvesting incorrectly and Johny from Nature By Design had to come and take it apart and put it together so it works. Everything he has done has been excellent.
