I have had several issues, some not so important and the others were major. My masterbath shower leaking water all over the house is a major one. After several calls, and a reschedule a repairman came out with a jug of clearance title sealer. He said since the shower was wet he could not apply the sealer but he would be back to another day. After 2 weeks he did not return, so I applied the sealer.  Waited for 3 months before I use the shower again(in a brand new home). Weather is warmer so we once again began using the shower, well the shower once again started leaking. I tool pics and sent it to the builder...No response, so I waited 2 days and called the receptionist and finally got them to come out. They fixed all of the other problems, that I can tell now(I have to wait for rain to see if the leaking roof is fixed. But all he did was apply sealer again on the shower so far so good. But I am just waiting for the leaks...

The salesman gave us a really hard time. He did not return the paperwork on time. He delayed the loan procedures and things like that.  In the end, we got everything settled, but it was not seamless. The home builder, contractor who did the walkthrough and worked on the house part of it, we were very pleased with them. It was just the salesman.  He had a bad attitude. I think he got his nose out of shape because we did not want to use his lender and he got a kickback from them. He was not very cooperative. He kept dragging his feet on everything. It was evident that he did not want them to get the house. He wanted the deal not to go through so he could sell it to someone else, so he could get commision. As far as the house, we have been very pleased with it and we have not had any problems. The actual builder was very knowledgeable and fixed any incidentals we wanted done. That part, everything was good. It was the salesman, he had a bad attitude.

So far, it has been a very pleasurable experience with them.  I need to see if they deliver on what they promise.  They are doing everything we have asked for.  They are a pretty unique company.  I am impressed with them so far.  The estimate was good.

The materials, workmanship, the crew which includes the owner and office staff far exceeded our expectations in quality and timeliness and flexibility according to our needs. They provided services that were above what was written in our contracts.
