Had the company replace my roof after a hail storm. They did not do what was in the quote. Didn’t replace felt. Put old metal ridge caps back on. Had to have 2nd professional roofer come out to not only to find out that what they did would leave possible flooding in the house if we got a large rain but it looked very bad. Also they did not remove Satellite area to reroof, just roofed around it. Called Frank Garcia to see if he would make it right and pay for the second roofer to replace about $500 worth of repairs due to his employee not completely do the job right the first time and he refused. He did offer to come fix it using same staff but after what we have experienced, I do not trust him. How would we know he wouldn't take short cuts again on the repair? Would not recommend this company for any job!
