Fischer Tile & Floor Covering

They did fine, but had to wait on them. The other is the person doing the work created a bigger mess than necessary. He got sawdust all over by not doing prep work outside or in garage as agreed upon. Therefore it took myself and my cleaning lady a couple days to take care of the sawdust.

Contractor's estimator came out 1 day after being called, gave estimate via e-mail one day later.  When we called to accept the bid, they told us right away the project was delayed until start of school because of the sub-contractor doing the "mudding up"(putting in concrete to level this room).  The Thursday before school starts, we get a call that they need to deliver a dump truck load of sand onto our driveway on Friday, to prepare for the mudder on Monday.  We were woken up at 7:17 by the dump truck driver!  We had to move some cars out of the driveway and then he made a nice pile right in the spot convenient for the mudding crew.  On Monday they show up bright and early, move the furniture out of the room,clean the floor and start their process.  Nice level batch, but nothing happens again until Thursday; it had to dry.  Thursday 5 pm they call that laminate will be laid Friday and completed that same day.  No one was home when project was finished (my guess, around 2 pm, started at 8 am) so we had no help to move the furniture back into the room.
A little note, we had bought our own laminate back in June, tried to install it ourselves and utterly failed.  We called a general contractor and he noted that the mudding needed to be done.  He encouraged Fischer Tile to help us.  The price may have been different if we had purchased the flooring material from them.  Our work with general contractor was late July.
