Everything went great, the gentlemen that came were very professional, they diagnosed the problem, replaced and repaired those problems and it was all done in a timely manner. Special thanks to James Minter for the ball cap, I'm still waiting on the t-shirt. Your service was excellent.

They were prompt, called ahead to let us know of arrival time. Performed maintenance in appropriate time frame. Gave us tips on how to keep maintenance to minimum with simple, inexpensive measures.

He said that the primary drain was clogged and that it caused water to back up into our system. The water caused the fan motor and control board to be destroyed. He said he needed to reorder these parts which were over $1800. This was not going to be covered by the home warranty. He said parts were not working, however, they did not need to be replaced. I had a second HVAC company come out to check out the system and they completely inspected it and got it running again within minutes and without having to order any new parts.

"In my company's defense all I can say is everything was soaked in water including blower mother housing and controls.from clogged drain.also unit would not run.5 days later she had another company come out after it dried out and it all came on.sorry if I was wrong .thank you"

Scheduling was prompt and friendly. Trouble shooting required two visits because of intermittently failing fan. Return response was prompt. I appreciate an honest effort to correctly identify problem instead of pushing me towards an un-necessisary repair.
