I brought my laptop to them because my wireless adapter was randomly disconnected from the internet. So, they had my computer for 4 days and said a "Really Serious Virus" was causing the problem. 2 days later, the problem started again and when I brought it back to them, the problem would not duplicate for them. So, instead of offering to do further diagnostics, the technician sent me home. As soon as I returned home, the problem started again. I have had to purchase a new external wireless adapter and now I have no problems. I guess they thought I was a stupid twit that would be forever grateful that they removed a big bad virus from my computer.
