I was told by 2 previous companies my compressor was bad and needed to have my system replaces at costs from $8,000-$12,000. I wanted another opinion on prices so I called Allen's and Ryan said he would come out for free to double check to make sure it was really bad and to get the correct size system for my house.  He was here no more than 15 minutes and said my unit was fine it had a bad Capacitor and caused my compressor to run hot and melt the plug.  He left for 30 minutes to get parts came back and had me going in less than an hour! I was so happy we had a lot of people over for spring break and wasn't ready to spend a lot of money I didn't have on a new unit!  I will definitely call him again when I need a new A/C he was honest, fast and very helpful he was very knowledgeable at what he does! He was very talkative and funny! He definitely knows what he's doing!

I had 3 other companies come out and tell me my system was over 15 years old and it needed to be replaced and mine wasn't fixable and for $8,000 to $10,000 they would install me a new one. I don't have the money being on a fixed income to spend that much right now so I called Allen off of my neighbors recommendation when he heard my situation. A technician named Ryan came out and did confirm my unit was 17 years old but he could get it going and in less than 2 hours he had my old unit fixed and its cold in my house now and for less than $400 I was so happy I will defiantly use him when its time to install my new unit. Hard to find honest people now glad there are still a few out there.

I had came home from work for lunch and noticed my Heater wasn't working so first thing I did was panic knowing there was a big cold front blowing in and supposed to freeze so I started calling Air Conditioning companies in the area. To my surprise first 4 companies I called no one answered just answering machines and 2 others said they couldn't get to me till sometime next week. Finally I called Allen's and a gentleman named Ryan answered and said he would be there in an hour he showed up when he said he would. He tried for about an hour to save my 20 year plus old system and couldn't so he said he could get a new one in tonight if I needed and if I didn't mind him working late into the night. Ryan and his helper finally finished up around 10:30 sometime and had a complete new system and heat for the weekend so me and the kids didn't freeze. Then came back on Monday and blew some insulation in my attic. I would highly recommend this company again I believe he went above and beyond for me I would definitely use again!

My overall experience was great they did a wonderful job. They fixed all my humidity problems I have been having for years that five other companies failed to find and fix. My whole place is cooling great and humidity is under control I am very pleased, my customers are very happy and on a busy night when the place is full I don't receive a single complaint any more plus I haven't had to replace a meal for free due to water dripping from ceiling into food.
I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Keep in mind they are a small family owned business so they book up fast and getting an appointment gets hard sometimes in the summer but well worth wait so try the call again if they are busy. I was very happy with the quality of service, equipment installed and the service after the installation.

Really a good price. They say it will save me money. They found that one of my vents were not connected to the hose, and he fixed that as well. Contractor prefers cash. Gave me a discount for paying with cash.

I have saved so much money since the installation and the house stays cool. The prices are fair as well.
