Mike's Wrecker Service

My Daughter called in a panic that her truck had died about one and 1/2 hrs from me. Since she had previously lived in Bremond she had been doing business with Mike's Wrecker Service on repairs on her truck. He towed the vehicle to his shop and with a day or two had diagnosed that she had blown a rod and the most effective repair would be to replace the engine due to it's high millage. We had discussed the repairs and while they taking out the engine if he would repair the A/C system since it had been broken for some time. I was surprised after receiving the itemized repair bill that the repair of the A/C was lower than I had estimated. Additionally after my daughter received the truck it sprung a coolant leak on a part that he had not replaced. My daughter lives about one hour away from Bremond, since it was Sunday Mike asked if he could come retrieve the truck on Monday. There wasn't an additional charge for that tow or labor to replace the part or coolant. I have never meet Mike and only talked on the phone, but my daughter has being doing business for ten years with this company. The only thing I can say that he was very reasonable with the repair and I was able to pay for the repair work without traveling. I thought the days when a hand shake & your word where long gone, but I glad to bear witness that in this company they still live on. From one old traveler & Vet I thank this company for treating me and my family with respect.
