Boats
Horrible experience. Boat motor died on the lake, Sandycreek Marina towed the boat to it's lot. They did not park until covered space, or use the boat cover that was on the boat and we told them it was there. A hail storm ruined the upholstry. Even though the employee said to the Manager in front of us that he knew the cover was there they would not pay for any of the $3000 reupholstry charge. Team members doing the work are polite and professional. Dealing with management is not easy. Expect to be responisbile for all communication. Repair on the motor took weeks longer than the original esitimate.
