Toilets were not plushing well, called for service and were able to come out the following day. It was not an emergency situation. Arrived when they said they would, polite, professional. After rooting pipes, suggested we have septic tank emptied before they did anything else saying that might be all that was needed. We did that and found that wasnt the problem, however it needed to emptied. Big Country came back to the house and gave 2 options and prices. They quickly dug up pipes, inserted valve and left the area clean. We appreciated that they did not push us to go the most expensive route and explained options. Will definitely call them in the future.
