Arrived as scheduled. Thoroughly evaluated system. Discussed with me the results and recommended replacement within a year or so (which was expected) and the reasons why it needed to be replaced.

The company called and asked if they could start on their work two days early.  Who comes early?  I was thrilled!  When they came into the house, they placed carpeting over my floors which protected it from the debris that eventually came from taking the old unit down from the attic.  The guys were super courteous. They kept to themselves and worked consistently.  I never even noticed them taking a break except for lunch.  When they removed all of the old equipment from the house, it was placed neatly outside and then before they left each day, they cleaned up behind themselves.  There was never a trace left around for me to see.  The new unit was completed within 2 days and I could not be happier.  Everyday when I walk in my house and it is cool for the first time in 3 years, I just smile.  I know I made the right decision by selecting the products and the team that is Switzerland Air.

Like all things that break, our AC went out on the weekend but because we have a service contract with Switzerland Air, Inc, there was no extra weekend service call charge.  We called, and a very personal young man came out in about an hours time.  He assesed the problem (our 18 yr old unit had died) and started the ball rolling to getting a new unit installed.  In a few hours the owner Jerry Russel was there and we chose the unit we wanted, after a very detailed explanation of the differences in models offered. A window unit was offered to keep us cool while we waited the instillation of the new unit.  After the unit was installed and everything set up, Jerry returned to make sure everything was properly done and could answer any questions we had.
I have done business with Jerry & Janice Russell for over 30 years.  They have alway been meticulous about not making a mess in the house, and always treated me fairly, when they could have taken advantage of me when I was a young widow.  I highly recommend them to Angie's coustomers.

Technician came out while my wife was home. He was supposed to change a filter and look at the system to see why it wasn't cooling properly. He didn't ask my wife before performing any service. He sprayed off the outside unit, left the water hose strewn across the yard. He charged the system with freon and didn't even change the filter that he was supposed to change. He came to my wife and gave her a bill for services performed. I called the manager after I heard what happened to complain and he was rude, abrupt, and not understanding at all he said he would just rip up the check and not worry about it. I went to their office to speak to him gave to face. And he was still rude and ignorant. I tried paying him for the service that was performed and he refused an turned his back on me. All I wanted was for them, in the future, to let people know what things will cost and what service is to be done before doing it and he wanted nothing to do with me. My wife and I feel like they tried to take advantage of her because she doesn't know a lot about AC.

"We had contacted the original owner of the home via a mail reminder that it was time to replace the filter. The original owner had given [member name removed] the mail reminder. He called and asked for the filter to be changed. We went to home to replace the filter and His wife declined to replace the filter. At that point the technician asked if she wanted the unit to be serviced. She agreed, and the tech. serviced the unit. We presented her with an invoice and she wrote a check for the amount, But didn't sign the check. [member name removed] called in 3 times before I had time to call him back. I did talk to him. He told me that he would have never called us if he knew we were going to charge him. He told me that he had friends in the business and that they had just worked on it. I finally just told him that I was going to no bill the invoice. I fail to understand the reasoning of intentionaly trying to hurt someones character. Especially when you were not charged for it. I called for someone to come out and check out A/C to see why it was running constantly.  The service man was there in about an hour or less. Not sure but quick response.  He was professional, courteous & helpful. We were satisfied with the service.

It was wonderful. The members of their crew are respectful and courteous. They are extremely knowledgeable. They do extra work, like building their own platforms in the attic for their units. They really are a "full service" group. The workers are very respectful of your property, they try to be as quiet as they can, and they clean up after themselves. The thing that I was most impressed about was that one of the systems had a little glitch in it, they came back promptly and realized it was a factory defect. The important thing was that they came back immediately, no fuss, without charging any extra. Their prices are very reasonable. I have not run into this kind of customer service very often. I can't think of a single negative thing about them.
