Florists
First, they delivered the flowers early. They were supposed to be delivered on 3/12 which is my sister's birthday but instead they delivered them on 3/7. Then they had the audacity to COME BACK to my sister's office and try to TAKE THE ARRANGEMENT BACK to deliver them again on the 12th! I have never heard of such a thing. I am embarrassed and so sorry that my sister has to deal with this during her busy work day. It's ridiculous. In my opinion this is the height of unprofessionalism. I will never use this florist again.
