Mr. Patton at RCP and his crew are flat out awesome. He was timely in his correspondence and very punctual with any set meeting times. He made sure that I understood every step of the process with his company & my home owners insurance company (USAA). He worked around my schedule and even did some upgrades that I personally requested. Once you speak with Mr. Patton in person about your project...you feel like you've known him forever which is very refreshing in today's society. He's very polite & professional.
