These services were for my dad. When we called him back the next day to let him know the sink was still clogged, he said he would get to it when he had a chance. That was almost a month ago. Haven't heard from him since. We won't call him again.

The cost of service compared to the value was excellent. They were able to preform the job within 24-48 hours, unless it was an emergency and they would come out sooner.
