Without a doubt the worst experience we have had with a contractor. We paid them $65,000 and they (Cole Smith) never finished the job and left us with an unsightly mess replete with construction defects. We trusted Smith and he breached our trust, took our money and walked off the job. We're not alone. He did the same thing to one of my neighbors and amid a wave of burgeoning negative reviews, Smith took down his Facebook page so prospective customers could not learn the experieinces of his past customers. This guy had the audacity to ask me for a $10,000 advance. Be afraid.
