It was good, he cut the limb and then he was supposed to finish the job, there was another limb that supposed to be cut but I didn't hear anything from him. I heard back form him, Tuesday 11/5/19 and then I responded back to him because I already hired somebody else. He contacted me a month and 2 days later. He is irresponsible. I repeatedly texted him and got no response. He apologize for not making it clear to me.

Contacted Tree Amigos and explained our needs. Justin was outstanding and very knowledgeable of the shrubs and what needed to be done so as not to kill the plants by over trimming as so many landscapers do. We took a picture and emailed it to him and made an appointment for his company to do the work within 2 days. Luckily the company had room to fit us in. Eric came out as promised in a bucket truck allowing him to get to the top of the shrubs and Mesquite. Eric was mature and knowledgeable also knowing exactly what we wanted. He finished the work promptly and the shrubs look natural, still providing the privacy we must have. Additionally they did a great clean up. We certainly will use their services again and will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Outstanding service.  Justin is extremely knowledgeable of how to trim the trees and shape them to grow away from the roof lines.  Also took great care to seal all the cuts.

They gave me an estimate, did what they said they would do and were a pleasure to work with! I have recommended them to my neighbors and others in my community.

He does more than just trees; he came out and we were extremely happy with him because of the lights that he put in. He did a really good work. He was extremely thorough and very professional.

Tree Amigos came to my immediate rescue.  A large tree fell on top of my new pick up truck and house.  I called and spoke to Justin Joseph.  His team came out within 2 hours and GENTLY cut the large tree off my truck and house. 

Justin, Leo, and Daniel were all extremely professional, quick, thorough and very clean.  After their service was done you'd never know the tree was even there.   That's how clean they were.

I highly recommend this company and we will certainly call them again.

Justin came out on short notice and did a very professional job removing a branch that was in the way of our construction project. I'll absolutely use him again.

I'm am beyond pleased with Justin and his crew. They completed the work in a day, removing a lot of growth. This was no hatchet job; they were careful to take what was needed to make the trees and lawn healthier, while maintaining the beauty and canopy of the trees. The limbs over the pool were especially challenging, and they stayed for an extra 90 minutes using my nets to pull debris from the water. I fully expected to do that myself.
The "B" rating on cost is simply because I haven't had this type of work done before and didn't know what to expect. The quote was given to me in parts that allowed me to select how much I wanted done.
Would definitely call again for additional landscaping needs.

Justin and the crew from Tree Amigos did a fantastic job from start to finish.  They were very attentive to our needs and saw to all our requests.  I didn't know our trees needed so much work until they were done and I saw the difference...worth every penny!

They were very good. They were punctual and they did what they said they would do. I would use them in the future.

I was very pleased with the initial phase of the project in trimming the trees and hauling off the debris. This was accomplished without a problem. The second phase was less successful. The two primary workers were pleasant and worked diligently. However, during the summer, I discovered that the weed cover was not placed in all areas of the flower beds as initially promised. I also found that there was no additional soil placed below the grass patches. Also, additional work with extending a flower bed to incorporate a tree trunk and re-attachment of hoses were not done as discussed with our final walk-through. I also had wanted to discuss the building of an additional raised vegetable bed, which again was agreed upon (although the final price not noted) and this was not done despite promises to return. I should also mention that the initial calculation for the steel edging was an under-estimate and I had to pay additional money to cover that error.
