Initially very nice and helpful. Organization process was easy and helpful. Overpriced but helpful $630. She was available and easy to schedule. Initial deep clean was decent, floors looked great and she offered to change sheets. I did not go back and check her work in every room. Return monthly service $275 included maintenance of all surfaces, floors and bedrooms. According to the list: dusting all, cleaning all bathrooms and mirrors, cleaning countertops etc. However, many were not completed and I asked for a discount. Toilets had pee spots, hair in the sink, bathtub with dirt on the side, mirrors had the same streaks from the last clean, and dressers+entertainment centers left with dust. Floors looked good and the house was tidy but not all items completed. I was given a $25 discount even after I sent her pictures of the incomplete jobs from that day and was told that she had processes in place with her debt collectors. I asked to be removed from her schedule.

Excellent. Everything was bright and shiney and smelled great. I will definitely use her again before my next party.
