Work started 18 February 2008, the estimate was for completion in one week. He was supposed to resurface/ re-plaster a pool and spa. The lone worker was left unsupervised most of the day. This worker managed to fill in the spa drains with the cement mixture, an egregious error which led to many complications. The contractor was not aware of this until the plaster crew arrived days later. Their work was sloppy and unsupervised. The contractor had to clear the drains with pure acid endangering the pool equipment. This acid treatment went on for several weeks as the contractor arrived only sporadically and for short periods of time. Many times he said that he would come but didn't and didn't notify us that he would not be present as promised. The work in the spa was so poor that it had to be redone. The job was finished the first week in April. The completed work was done only by Jim Knudtson and not his son, Eric Knudtson.
