Ron was fantastic. He always arrived when scheduled and was very attentive with our needs and with information. He was quick with his response to our needs as our current leech system was failing quickly.
Ron puts replacements first on the list due to the NEED for the replacement. Others I had quote, put us out as long as 6 to 8 weeks wait.
His crew was outstanding and answered all questions I had during the installation. It only took 3 days to get the system installed, fully operational and cleaned up.
I must also say their office staff treated us very well too. No pressure for anything and quick to respond.
It has been a pleasure working with South Texas and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a company that does great work and truely cares about the customer needs.

As a requirement for a VA loan, I needed the septic system inspected on the property I purchased. I called to make an appointment and was told the next available appointment was for the following week.
The issue with that was I was suppose to close on the property within a few days and didn't want to wait for that long. The lender did not make me aware that a septic inspection was required until just a few hours before I called. After explaining that the lender did not give me enough notice to get an inspection done ahead of time, STWT was very kind and was able get the inspection done in 2 days.
I met the crew at the property and they took the time to give me a status on the state of the septic tank. They answered all my questions and were professional about their business.
I was very appreciative that STWT was responsive to my needs and was able to re-arrange a few things to get the inspection done on short notice. After closing, I became a repeat customer and had STWT pump the septic tank for me as well.
I am very happy with the responsive service I received from STWT and intend on using them in the future for any septic issues I may have.

Superb! Following a very heavy rain early Sunday morning the septic system alarm went off. After trying to reset and waiting for rain water to settle alarm went off again. Called and left message requesting advice to reset alarm. Bright and early Monday morning no phone call but David showed up and went right to work checking the system and confirming my actions on Sunday. Answered all my questions and showed me how the entire system functions and tested the alarms before leaving. I only called for advice on Sunday and yet a service response was there early following day. Excellent service and highly recommended to all.

I am happy every time they come out and I give them the highest ratings. I have a two-year contract so all their visits are covered by the price of the contract. I just signed a new contract so will continue to use them in the future.

They were excellent. They are A+. The guy they sent knew his stuff. He wasn't afraid to have me ask questions. They should be on the top of the leader board in the sewage department. I would absolutely use them again

They're pretty good. They maintain our septic system. They come once a quarter and maintain it.
