I?m so happy I made the right choice to use Roof Rescue! We had hail damage on our roof and called our insurance company, they approved our claim and sent us the money we were told was needed to perform the repairs. Then we called out 3 roofing companies to choose who to work with. The first company showed up late and was not very thorough, they sort of showed up, left and emailed us an estimate that was more than what our insurance was covering. The second company was also more than our insurance and only tried to get us to pay more without working with us- very salesy and high pressure. Roof Rescue came out and I spoke with Cesar. He was thorough, inspected our attic, roof and exterior, then told us about their insurance recovery plan. Cesar ended up working with our insurance company, got our roof replaced quickly and cleanly AND actually upgraded my roof compared to what my insurance was covering. All this for the exact cost that my insurance was willing to pay. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Roof Rescue! After noticing ceiling stains from a leak below a skylight, I contacted three roofing companies. Two companies recommended a whole new roof, which was not in my mind. The third company was the one that did my roofing 15 years ago. A repairman came to fix the leak, but after the next rain, the leakage got worse. At this point, I was frustrated and afraid I’d never be able to get a repair done properly. By chance, I saw a Roof Rescue vehicle in my subdivision. I contacted Roof Rescue right away and Cesar came to inspect the damages. He was very professional and polite. Moreover, he didn’t try to sell me more work than I needed done. The following week, Tony came to remove the old skylight, repaired all the water-damaged material surrounding it, and replaced it with a new one. His excellent work ethic and attitude was very impressive. He came well-prepared and didn’t need to leave to make trips for supplies. Again, I highly recommend Roof Rescue and especially, Tony, for your roof job.

12 stars. Kelley at the office was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. All was scheduled and all appointments were on time. Cesar, sales manager, was very knowledgeable about roofing and explained all my options. He was also very quick in giving me a detailed estimate/quote. He worked well with the insurance company as well. The roof crew arrived on time and did a fine job promptly. The roof was torn off and new one installed in about 10 hours. All was cleaned up and dumpster removed at that time as well. Roof Rescue is very efficient and organized from start to finish. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Very honest and fair and quick. It was only 11 days from the time of the quote to having a new roof and new vents. Thanks for the trouble free trip.

Roof rescue is the parent company of Restoration Rescue, who I contracted for a water restoration and rebuild in my kitchen. Mr. Kenny Barrett came out himself for a consult and estimate. His knowledge of restoration for this job eased any stress I had for my situation. My kitchen suffered water damage and he walked me through the entire process into making me whole again. He continues communication throughout the job and is always available to me for any of concerns and/or questions I have. His employees are attentive and considerate while performing their jobs, always cleaning up at the end of the day and being respectful while at my home. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Four words to describe my experience; professional, friendly, experienced and honest.

Ceasar came out and quickly found the source of the problem and the extent of the damage. He walked us through the process of a new roof with insurance. The roof job got done pretty quickly as Roof job to go, and it went very smoothly. We are very pleased with Roof Rescue!
