They crew that came out was friendly and professional and I was amazed how fast they were able to do this job. I did not thing they could get it all done in one day, but they finished the whole thing in about 6 hrs. The young man that had to squeeze under the house had an amazing positive attitude about doing it. That had to be a tight nasty job, but he never complained once about doing it. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Great. Did repairs as per my preferences. Helpful, courteous, got the job done nicely, explained all concerns to me. Even showed me some ways to DIY and save money. The only issue I might say is the guy put some tools temporarily on the a/c ductwork in attic which was already caving in a little from a previous plumber who did it too.

Not well. They claimed the hose was faulty and could not finish the job. My husband thought one of the men damaged it. They said they would return but it would cost at least a service charge. Also, the amount they charged was ridiculous.

Rittiman fixed the problem and charged me a nominal fee to do so. This is a great provider that I would recommend without compunction.

The service went well. The owner came out for a detailed quote. They had to demolish a bath tub, take out the old pieces, install a new drain, and set up plumbing for a stand up shower in one bathroom. They did some additional plumbing and faucet installation in another bathroom. They are punctual and are reputable in the area. We have used the company for about 30 years for other plumbing needs. We have had good luck with them over the years. They are honest, punctual and reliable. I would highly recommend the company to others and scheduling is not an issue.

He initially did some simple repairs upstairs based on my recommendations. He continued downstairs in the kitchen when the leak did not stop. He eventually had to cut away a section of the ceiling to find a leak in a lead pipe which had been soldered at some time in the past. The extra investigation and repair led to a service call lasting 3 hours (which was the cause of the majority of the total fee). He called the dispatcher at his office to make sure he could stay until the job was done, and seemed to work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The repairs went well. The workmanship was great, friendly, arrived on time and performed the repairs in a timely manner. The service provider also was very contentious about not making a mess and cleaning up after himself.

They have done several things for us over the years and it's always been good. They were the plumbers that installed the plumbing in 2002 when our home was first built and we just continued using them since that time. They have been great since the beginning so we haven't had any reason to switch.

We had a problem with a toilet and another company told us we needed foundation work to repair it. Rittimann repaired the toilet with a couple of bolts that were not installed properly. They are local and friendly.
