TV Repair
He wanted to charge me full price $198/hour for the cancelation just because it wasn't 48 hours in advance of appt. He is very anal about his client rules. He also said he charges so much because he is the best (slightly arrogant). I canceled appointment because i felt his charge of $198/hour was exorbitant. I found someone very competent for $85/hour. He finally charged me half of his hourly fee for the cancelation because he said he had already spent time setting up serviceman to come. I found this ridiculour considering he probably spent all of about 10 min via online scheduling. Avoid this guy at all costs.
