Wade did great work.

He arrived spent an hour plus diagnosing problem. Left to get parts and returned after dark to complete repairs.

Wade is a professional.  You can tell he wants to do a good job.  This was the second time I've call Rentz and it won't be the last.

Wade arrived promptly to check out my problems with the sprinkler system. After his evaluation, he provided me with an estimate of cost and time involved.  He asked if I wanted him to do the work immediately and because his estimate was very reasonable, I told him to start the work. He work diligently and completed the repairs in the time he had estimated. He was so polite and friendly. Im very happy I found him on Angies.

Everything went fine. One of the zones was acting up and Wayne opened up the zone (flow rate) and that helped a bit. The other solution was to replace the valve but he said to wait on that expense because it might free up after a few uses (I had it turned off all winter).

What I appreciate about Wayne is that he will work with you and not try to sell you possible unnecessary service/parts from the start (many contractors do this and that is how they make their money). Wayne is very professional and good at what he does. He is also very punctual and is a great communicator. Call him, he's great!

Responsive, professional and reasonable.

Wade is busy and sometimes difficult to schedule but does return phone calls and advises if a conflict arises in scheduled times.  Is courteous and responsive to homeowners wishes...also willing to work late in order to get the job done.  This was the second time I had called Wade to make adjustments to my sprinkler system.  Earlier efforts included adding some additional heads and making significant additions/modifications to the foundation planting beds around the house.  Was happy with the work done on both occasions.

Have used Rentz Irrigation before for major changes/improvements to system last fall and this visit was largely to make adjustments noticed and necessary since I've started mowing higher as well as increase coverage in specific spots that were indicated as the heat of the summer has set in. Wade is pleasant and knowledgeable, cleans up after his work and tries to minimize damage to established lawns. Not necessarily the cheapest and is extremely busy so scheduling is required for all but true emergencies but has been very reliable and shows when promised. Last fall, he stayed and worked one night and quot;under lightsand quot; to complete the work, despite the fact that the extended work was largely the result of things I added as his work progressed.
Would certainly use him again!

Wade was fantastic. He returned my call within 10 minutes and told me he had an opening in his schedule this AM (the rest of his day was filled with appointments). He showed up on time, ran diagnostics on Zone 3 and determined that the water flow was fine but that the Valve for the Zone had worn out. He replaced the Valve, ran diagnostics again, and all is now working again. He was also very helpful providing information about length of watering times for rotor heads and for sprinkler heads. He also volunteered to inspect all other Zones. Two thumbs up!!

Wade was great. I contacted him and he came out the same day in the evening (my choice). With these hot Texas days that was a relief! We walked around and did an inspection on all the sprinkler heads and he made great suggestions. For the number of sprinkler heads he replaced/adjusted and the time he spent out here his price was more than reasonable. I would definately recommend Rentz Irrigation to everyone!!

Wade is courteous and helpful. At times it takes a while to solve an issue, as a portion of our system seems to have been done by a non-professional, but he keeps at it! I do not have a problem with any time constraints, as I totally understand that there are issues that take precedence, such as someone's system that is spewing water! I will continue to rely on him as we complete our pool project!

The sprinkler system in my back yard includes rotors and sprays in order to reach the small parts of my yard. He also designed the system so if I wanted to add on to the back of my house, the system wouldn't have to be dug up and moved. Wade has worked for me for about 5 years, first doing routine maintenance on my front yard irrigation system, then installing the back yard system. He is always very professional. His prices are always comparable or lower than other companies when I do comparison shopping. He is always on call, and he has come to my home after hours several times when I had a water leak from broken sprinkler heads. In short, he is always available, and I'm glad I found him!

Wade had already installed a pressire regulator two weeks before that, and my lawn service ran over it with the mower and broke it. He graciously came to my home at 10 p.m. when I called him and worked until midnight until he was able to turn water back on to my home.
