Gene arrived on time and replaced the quick set bolt in the lock of the screen door. He was professional and courteous and give me the 10% discount.

There was a little delay in their response time, but made up for it with professionalism and communication once contact was made. They worked quick,efficient, and answered any questions we may have had. Price was fair. We will definitely use this company again.

Phillip was considerate (called ahead to let's us know he was ahead of schedule and to let us know he was on his way); punctual; courteous; professional; knowledgeable and friendly. We could not have asked for better service. Would definitely call them again and recommend them without reservation.

Called the company late in the afternoon and left message asking for help. Almost immediately got a call back, and David said he'd be there within the hour -- even though that would be going well past closing time. And joy!! He was able to release the latch and get the door open. So, kudu's for knowing his business, his responsiveness, and willingness to come even after normal closing time. I see why Quality Key Service has previously received the Angie's List Super Service Award -- they have my vote for getting it again.

He called us back the day after we posted a service request on his home contact form, and came to the house about an hour later. He took care of everything quickly and professionally.

After significant research into solving my problem... I lost the original ignition key with the security chip and the only programmed remote fob, Dave was recommended by not only Angie's List, but other lists, and even a couple of other locksmiths I called in the area who don't do autos.

He quoted me a price when I called.  Unlike some of the scam artists who advertise $15 locksmith services but when you call they say they have to see the job first to quote a final price, then gouge after they arrive on site.

Dave was very fair on his price for the work performed- I got two original program chipped keys for just a bit more than one Wal-Mart chipped clone key; which in the end would not work- their machine could not duplicate the programming in my spare key- price $59.  They also could not program my remote fobs.  He even traveled from his home base in Boerne to Kerrville and worked me into his trip for another job he was already doing here -so no extra service call fee.  

Dave is a knowledgeable, professional, honest, licensed, and fair locksmith.  

Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Dave and his service to my "best friends", who might have a need in this area.

Lost both sets of car keys. Called Quality Key Service and they gave the replacement price over the phone. Explained how they would duplicate them. The guy was here within 30 minutes and job was done in about 20min. Easy. Would use them again.

It doesn't get any better than this.  Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, timely, reasonalble ....I would recommend without hesitation!!!

Very well. The provider was timely, friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and repaired it in minutes.

He changed all the locks on our house--we have 15 bolt locks. He did it quickly, efficiently and on time.

quick, easy job

We made an appointment and he was prompt (actually on time a rarity these days). He took care of the job easily, he was done before I knew it. He is very courteous and I was recommend and use his services again!

Quality Key Service is outstanding (David Moczygemba). David was at our residence working for three days - inspected all of his work, kept me well informed as to his ideas and plans and saved me money in doing so. When the job was completed, you knew the job was indeed complete. David provided guidance on all combination key pad function, Charlie Bars, deadbolts and lever locks. He wanted to ensure the customer was pleased with his work while fully understanding their door security features. Just a great Vendor with a great attitude (stays with the job until done and keeps you well informed). I will ENSURE I continue to use Quality Key Service (David) for any future lock and key service that may be needed.

I called on Sunday the owner/locksmith came out first thing Monday morning. He was quick, professional, and the price was reasonable after comparing to other locksmiths.
