Their response to all of this was to say that, it's not a wading pond and not to get near it, to just stay away from it and keep wildlife away from it, which is frustrating because it was called a 'wildlife' pond as its title. The slope of the dirt around the gazebo dock is very steep and not supported and will slide into the pond if we ever have any rain here again. They have refused to acknowledge this as a problem or suggest a solution. I have called and emailed them for approximately 6 weeks and the responses so far have been, "It'll all be fine. We'll talk to you in few weeks." The contract states that the pond is fully warranted. I asked them 6 times to let me know about the warranty and he told me, You demand the warranty information on the liner materials? In all my years I have never had a client ask for a warranty but since you did, it's 60 days from the date it was positioned in the trench (which was in August)."
