Pinnacle Heating and Air replaced my heat pump and all ductwork and their workmanship is excellent. Their pricing couldn't be beat. Not only did I receive excellent workmanship and great pricing, Brian and Kelli were always on time, always had the right tools and materials, and right solutions to resolve my unique AC needs. I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who wants HVAC work done right the first time. I have had NO ISSUES since the installation and in fact I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience (from the initial quote through quick installation). Kelli even filed my warranty papers for me, a real bonus. Brian certainly knows what he is doing, I have not had this high confidence in any other HVAC companies over the last 35 years of home ownership. An added bonus, having Brian and Kelli in my home was a real joy because they are both cheerful and pleasant to be around. They are extremely fast at returning my calls and texts and you certainly don’t get that with other competitors…recommend reaching out to them!

He was wonderful and thorough very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, all my neighbors can’t wait to use him. He checked all aspects of my unit and made sure everything was well taken care of and maintain. Highly recommend this company

Went well .Good a couple times came on service call...very honest about his wk..went out of his way to come over very fair reasonable on his prices explained his work very through and what we would need to fix it or replace it. Excellent work Ended up w a new unit Thanks so much Brian

The call was answered in a timely manner and the service scheduled immediately. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge of the need and his caution to not try and add “stuff”. Reasonable and would definitely call and use Pinnacle again and probably from now on. Nice to meet someone you feel you can trust when there are so many crooks out there!!
