PAVECO DESIGNS

Early this year Paveco redid my driveway. Most of the driveway was done with a chip and seal surface, while part was a premix. The job quality was fair. However, a short while after the job was done, some long cracks appeared in the chip and seal surface. These are clearly defects in the chip and seal. I had difficulty getting a response to my requests from Paveco to fix this problem. Paveco did tell me they had examined the surface, seen the cracks, and would repair them. However, after about 6 months and numerous phone calls, the cracks remain unrepaired. Furthermore, I have received no response to my last 5 or 6 phone calls to Paveco from the owner there. I will certainly not consider using Paveco again. I recommend that you find a company that is both responsible and responsive, which from my experience Paveco is not.
(Note: there is some confusion between the two companies Paveco/Paveco Designs and Paveco Construction, which are owned/operated by two brothers. However, in my case both of these companies and their owners are involved and bear responsibility for the problems I have encountered.)
