We had a monthly contract with them. The owner of the company is rude, arrogant and every time there was an issue he was defensive.  The workers were fine, they were A+.

Initially had delays due to abnormal rainfall that we are experiencing, but they stayed in touch with us as to projected start dates.  It seemed they expedited some of the work that could be done with the wet conditions and actually finished the complete job within the estimated time frame that was presented to us.  The crews were efficient ---got in, did their work, and "Cleaned Up" every time they were on our property.  There is a lot to be said about that as there was a lot of fill and obviously  a lot of mud.

The job superintendent would communicate to us all the steps to happen that day, and what to expect the next (rain permitting).My wife and I both commented on how "happy" the crews seemed to be as they did their jobs.

We made a couple of changes as the project progressed, and it never seemed to matter.  The superintendent and all the crew were there to make things happen and "TO PLEASE US".

All of the projects were beautifully done and we really appreciated their efforts with the weather issues.

Definitely would hire them again!!!!!!!! 

We have had a good experience with them. We have only used them for a couple of years. We did all of our plants. We did mulch in all of our gardens as well as we planted some grass. They did quite a bit. I would give them 5 out of 5. They are not the cheapest, but they did good work, and everything that they put in is still doing well. The price was fair.

They are very professional.  They send out a crew and get it done quickly.  No unexpected issues with there work.  The price is high but they do a good job.

They were always on time or called if delayed. We worked out the details with Patrick but left ourselves some room if we changed our mind about certain plants and trees at his suggestion. Patrick and his staff were very good and cleaned up after the priject was complete. The staff were very pleasant and worked very hard to get it done in the prescribed time. I would definitely recommend them to others?

I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again. They came out on price and they delivered on price and on time. They were very competitive with other quotes that I received. I would recommend them and please give them a chance to present at least a quote and give them a look-see.

The team was fantastic. They worked well together, were incredibly professional and did a great job. Could not be more pleased. Patrick, the owner, was wonderful to deal with and provided very prompt and professional help. He worked with our budget and we definitely got more than we paid for. Have already recommended them to others and they will be our landscapers as long as we live here.

Patrick is a terse, laconic, ramrod-spine cowpoke. Or goatpoke, maybe. He knows his landscaping, though, and he runs a tight ship. We've had a blip or two in customer relations from the office side of things, and on one occasion his price wasn't competitive (irrigation), but we're satisfied overall and plan to use Panache for an upcoming major re-landscaping of a house we've purchased. We've gotten to the point where for small jobs we just ask Patrick to get it done and send us the bill for whatever it turns out to be.

George, the supervisor and his crew have done outstanding work, they maintain my 2 1/2 acres of property. They professionally trim, mow, fertilize, clean my yard, they are capable of doing all aspects of landscaping. From designing to implementing your ideas. I look forward to every visit as I know I can count on them making things look perfect, a 10+++ rating.

The experience with them was excellent. The staff demeanor was also outstanding.

Amazingly well. Met with Patrick, went over plans; plant selection; bed formation and what is great about working with him is that he tells you what he thinks and has great suggestions. There were places in the project that I wanted to trim expenses and he gave me great options. He is on site when the men begin, he introduces the foreman; reviewed all the work to be done with the crew and they did it perfectly. His crew are very polite, professional and neat.

I have since been using them for monthly maintenance and they continue to do a wonderful job. They also do all our tree trimming as well

I have since recommended Panache to a friend who has also had an exceptional experience.

From the beginning, I knew I could work well with Patrick. He is incredibly efficient; punctual; does what he says and is great at telling you what he thinks would work best in the texas conditions and giving you sevreal options with different price points - which I find incredibly helpful as I then can determine if it's really worth it to me to add certain plant materials at the extra cost. The crew is great, punctual and very clean. They now service our yard and there has never been an instance where something has not been done perfectly. I've recommended them to a friend who has had a similar great experience. Patrick is extremely accessible and responsive when his guys are working at our home.

Panache team completed the job quickly, after determining to move forward. We were not home when they came to do the work, but again, very satisfied with the end result.

The process was very smooth. We picked a date for the service and they arrived on time and did a great job.

They have always done a very nice job. They worked with us on two different houses and they were creative, fair on their pricing and were very hard workers. We just can't say enough good about them. We spent about $4000 this last time for just one project for the back garden and side yard. They did a lot of cleanups and new installation.

They were really great. They build the patio and at the same time trimmed the trees. They did a good job. The people who did the patio were very good. They are not the cheapest, but they know what they are doing. They were professional and were on time. There were no deviations from the plan we made. I never questioned their price because of the work they did. I rate them high overall. I will definitely use them in the future.

I had recently listed my father's home for sale after he passed away. His illness had prevented him from maintaining his yard well for many months and the deer had eaten nearly all the ornamental vegetation giving a very poor first impression of the home. I found Panache on Angie's List, San Antonio and chose to contact them based on the excellent reports they had received. What made the situation unique was that it was handled entirely over the phone and computer as I live about an hour and a half away. The owner/designer was polite and professional and arranged to stop by the property to develop a plan within a day or two. I received the design, photos of plants to be used along with an estimate via email in a very timely manner. I mailed a deposit along with my approval. He went to great effort to schedule enough people on the job so that it could be installed completely in one day as he was appreciative of how urgent the need was to help me sell the property. As several large herds of deer live in the neighborhood, he chose beautiful plant materials that were deer resistant and issued a warranty in that regard. The neighbors reported that the work site was well managed. I was not going to be able to visit the property for two weeks after the installation and the new plants needed daily watering. The owner offered to make sure they plants were watered until I could come down and sent someone daily. I was extremely please when I finally saw the finished result and greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity that Panache exhibited with my inability to be present. I highly recommend this company!
