Oak Hills Pest Control has always been good. I think it's $97 per quarterly, every 3 months.

I give them all A's! We will use them again if needed. I like that they were knowledgeable and shared good information on what sprays they were using.

After trying to use another Angie's list company (Bulverde Pest Control) and not being able to reach them, I was recommended Oak Hills Pest Control by a neighbor.  I was really trying to use a local company but after leaving a message and calling twice more, only to get the same answering machine message, I gave up and called Oak Hills Pest Control.  Nate was excellent, listened to what I needed and wanted, and proceeded to do a quick and thorough job. Incidentally, he lives in Bulverde.  
 He treated for Carpenter Ants and Acrobate Ants with a targeted spray only outside and only around areas they can enter the house.  He also used a bait around some of the trees closest to the house.  
The treatment is guaranteed for 12 months and he will come back anytime within that time frame to retreat, if needed.  Well worth the cost for the 12 month guarantee.

We've used them for 18 years. They're very reliable. If we find a bug or something in the house, they'll be out here that day to spray and see if there's a problem. They're extremely responsive. They're also very reasonable. We're in hilly country and we never have a problem with pests. They do a good job. We've referred them to others and will continue to use them in the future.

Other than trying to get everything done from long distance, they seemed to have done a good job and all the fire ants are gone from my lawn. No signs of any insects inside my house either. All in all they did a good job.

They were on time and professional. They got rid of the scorpions, but we still have fleas lingering, so they had to come back a second time to respray.

They do a really good job. Always prompt and courteous, very responsive to any questions or concerns. They always have a guarantee policy that if you had any problems between the sprays they would come out for free.

I spent much time on the phone with this company explaining our needs. We are in a new home, our son got bitten by a scorpion and had a severe reaction. We were in great need. I set an appointment with them. Waited from 8am - 10:30am with no show. Called them back, they had me in the system, but my appointment for some reason wasn't listed. I have never had service with this company before, so the only reason my information was in the system was b/c I had scheduled an appointment. When I told her I would need to call a different pest control company, she hung up on me. VERY VERY disappointed!!! Poor customer service!

I have been using them for awhile. They have been very good. They are always on time and responsive. They are also courteous and respectful of our property.

My service is extended. What I really like about them is that they modify to my specific needs. I can do bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly, and they will do whatever perimeter I want. The treatment works really well. There are quite a few scorpions here in the area, and their product definitely works. I have never had any issues with it. They use a variety, such as powder or liquid or whatever they have to use depending on the weather and temperature. I am very happy with the price.

They send us reminder card of thing to let us know when they are going to be here. They do everything they are supposed to do in terms of spraying in and out. We never had any bug problem. We are using them from a long time and they haven't increased their price. I'm not going to go to someone else. They do good work. If I have a problem, they come and take care of the problem immediately. They usually don't charge anything when they come in between the regular service because they say that they should have caught the problem initially. They are responsive and pretty punctual. They come at the same time and usually in the afternoon. I would use them in the future.

They come out every other month. They are prompt and thorough. They help us if whatever problem we have.

We have a service plan agreement where they come out every quarter and spray and so far they have done a good job. We don't schedule an appointment to come out unless they talk with us first because we work in town and a lot of times with the pest control outfits they will schedule and if we are not there they will just spray the outside of the house and we kind of have to have them come out to do the inside and that is the only gripe that we have. That has been our biggest complaint getting that through to them. We would give them a B for our overall experience because we have had to tell them. They are very thorough. They spray outside and the pump house as we get wasps and stuff like that. They don't charge an extra fee for that. We would continue to use them in the future.

Then, about a week later, Angie's list comes along with a BIG DEAL, whereby another local provider offered a better service for LESS THAN HALF of what Oak Hills charged. I used this other service on another property and it came with a 10 year guarantee with annual inspections for FREE, and they applied the same product but at the maximum rate rather than the normal rate, and did all the out buildings as well, taking at least a half day to treat the entire property, crawling under the house as well, so that every support, whether wood or stone, was carefully treated

I confronted the Oak Hills serviceman who rendered the initial termite estimate ( who also was one of the two men who did the termite treatment) a few days later when he came out for their regular quarterly service, but his only response was You Get What You Pay For. Surely a significant refund or a substantial credit towards future services seems warranted.

They come out once a quarter. They spray everything outside and inside for bugs. The job that they do is fine. They are very prompt and they have done a very good job for what we want, they take care of the bugs. We only see dead ones and I am happy. Their price is about the same as everybody else. We would continue to use them in the future.
