They were very professional.  This was their second visit.  The first time when they came they didn’t do the job.  So they came back.  He found the leak and fixed it.  He gave me the peace of mind I was looking for.  That was good.  I choose them because they have grade A on Better Business Bureau.  I was pleased with their responsiveness.  They got the job done.

My Home Warranty provider sent Craftsman Plumbing to replace the cartridges in two of my showers. One of the cartridges has been replaced a couple of months before but was damaged by a tech from another company sent by them to check my water heater. I don't use that shower and hadn't noticed it was not working properly until the day before I called the Warranty provider for service on the other shower.
The tech sent by Craftsman Plumbing didn't want to replace the damaged cartridge. He told me in a very ungentlemanly way that he didn't clean up other people's messes!! I phoned my warranty company to make sure both cartridges were replaced and they, in turn, communicated with Craftsman Plumbing to make certain both cartridge replacements were being taken care of. The tech was VERY rude to me from the time he realized he had to replace both cartridges until the time he left. When he gave me the invoice for the work, he had written that both cartridges needed to be replaced because of calcium deposits. Considering that I had replaced the one cartridge only a couple of months previously, it seems very implausable to me that it had collected enough calcium to need replacing so soon, which made him seem dishonest to me, as well as disagreeable.
The entire experience left me with a very unpleasant feeling about Craftsman Plumbing.
