Mary's Honest and Affordable Housekeeping

Mary is unreliable and impossible to schedule with. She cancelled or failed to show up at all for appointments with me 10 times with various excuses (car troubles, too tired, scheduling error, on her period, uncle died). Then after no showing on me four days in a row I politely declined her next appointment date and she responded with a series of nasty, unkind texts not only blaming me saying I had cancelled on her, but insulting me personally. Due to her lack of professionalism, reliability, or communication I would not recommend her to anyone.
