Lowes Air Conditioning

Same day service,quick fix. Lowe's always does good work. Third time we've had them out,for differing issues. On the first visit,they discovered a flaw in the air return that when fixed, gave us a cool family room for the first time in many years.

Our AC went out on July 4th. We contacted another company but they weren't open that day. He said he'd have another company call us. Within an hour, Lowe's was at our house and finished within 30 min. He was very nice and very professional.

We think very highly of him.  They are sub-contractors.  It?s a man and his son and they are very good.  We asked them to come and do some major things and they looked at it all over and said ?I don?t think you want to spend that much now until you put in a new compressor.?  I was rather surprised that anybody would offer something more than what you asked for.  He has been coming regularly since we had the remodelling, he did one half of the house and at that time it was the new compressors and everything.  He did a really good job and we had him servicing all of it ever since we got him.   

I don?t remember how much he charged us the last time but I know that he is reasonable and I don?t have much of a comparison when it comes to price.  The quality is very good.  They are very good and responsible about their work.  If we don?t like it, they?ll come back and fix it.  They are very responsive, within 24 hours.  They are an "A" for kindness.

I had my system checked by other AC repair companies and they were trying to have me purchase a new unit. This company is honest and did not try to take advantage of me. My unit was cleaned, all the maintenance was done and also Freon. They also responded the same day. I called at 8:00 AM and he arrived at 1:00 PM. It is so refreshing to come in contact with an honest service provider.

I have been using them for two years. They do really good work. They are very thorough. They do very good inspections. They are very professional and down-to-earth.
