I was a first time customer and this was the first maintenance call.
They came out (no prior notice), and left, changing out the sprinkler heads (this is an aerobic system) and stuck a bill in the door and drove out of the drive in a huge hurry.  Since this was our first time to use them, I was hoping to meet with them to ask a few questions about the system and (since I had their bill in hand for the sprinkler heads they replaced) ask about the comments they had regarding the tank levels (they didn't measure anything else from what I could tell).
A few days later, we had an amber (compressor) alarm go off.  While examining the system to see what was wrong, it became obvious that the air filter had not even been looked at (I don't even think the weather cover over the compressor was removed).
It is very difficult to contact their offices.  No one ever seems to be there to answer the phone.  When I finally was able to get someone to answer, they just said that was how they did things.  
I'm left very underwhelmed.

I had an excellent experience with them.  The person who handles the phones, Tiffany, was very pleasant to work with, and she was very personable and worked directly with me to get things set up and went out of her way to make sure everything that needed to get done was done.
