"Hill County Fence does not offer warranty on paint unless it's powder coated. Due to the unpredictability of weather conditions, contact with yard chemicals or sprinklers and yard edgers it is nearly impossible to determine actual paint longevity. Also, due to the fact that used drill stem pipe is normally coated with countless chemicals during pumping and drilling the sustainability of the pipe surface cannot always be foreseen. This is why no warranty is offered and customers are aware of no warranty."
