+ -1 moreFinally fix the problem after telling them it's the internet connection , not my I pad or windows 10. Took them 4 months to remedy the internet connection.

Description of Work: I’ve been astounded by the service and benefits from the co-op. I used to be with Time Warner and they had problems getting me my service. They wanted to sell me a higher bandwidth instead of fixing the problem. My bill went down when I switched to GVTC. They are very customer service oriented. They always have a solution to any problem that I have.
