Finally fix the problem after telling them it's the internet connection , not my I pad or windows 10. Took them 4 months to remedy the internet connection.

I called on Monday and the technician was scheduled for the next day. The equipment was already on site as we had service the previous winter. The installer was on time and quickly verified that it was all working correctly.

When I contacted them, they quoted me the same as online, which was disappointing as I have been with them for quite some time. I will continue to use them, until I find someone else.
