I was forced to call around as I had an issue with my old PRV and it was causing both me and my next door neighbor issues. I could not get anyone out for several days. I found an old receipt from 8 years back when this company did some home warranty work after I bought the house. I called and they were going to schedule me but after I explained my(and my neighbors) problem, they agreed to come at 5pm same day. No extra charge. They were on time, and offered me a quote/price about $100 less than the companies that were going to have me wait several days. The work was done and the person I worked with was very knowledgeable. Several weeks later I joined Angie's list for the first time and as they were not listed here I felt it necessary to share my very positive experience with this company.
