The repair and service was way above the highest standards. Two of my problems had been fixed by other plumbing companies to no avail. Denny's got the job done!!! They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to make sure my problems were resolved satisfctorily! I have reccommended Denny's to friends and will continue to do so. They are the BEST!

They did the job in 1 hr, 10 minutes. Great job and very friendly. No extra charge on a holiday weekend during normal business hours on a Saturday.

Excellent service. My house was built in the late 60's and they took the time to cut the older pipes slowly as to not do damage. The repair was done professionally and looks very clean and direct. The sink drains faster that ever before. The new faucet was installed, I had purchased it before they arrived and they hooked it up in no time. I am extremely happy with Denny Plumbing and will recommend them to everyone. They will be the first one's I call when there is a plumbing need.

Our home is 16 y o and after the first visit, I learned that I need to get a certain type of tub spout. I really did not want to go the route of breaking the tub tile shower wall. So after a few back & forth visits to Lowes then Home Depot, Lowes unfortunately, kept giving me the wrong tub spout, then Denny's Plumbing found in stock for me at Home Depot. Denny's Plumbing was able to install the correct tub spout. I was able to save a little of money, bc it did not matter the make of the bronze tub spout as long as it would work with the 16 y o plumbing. We will definitely use them again. Trustworthy, clean and professional.

Mark Gottfried from Denny Plumbing came out to look at my water softener. He found a potential problem but came in to test the water. He was super honest - and this is what I look for in a company overall! He advised that we use the water for a week and if the cloudiness did not go away we could then call his referral because he didn't have the part to work on the problem. He gave us great advice, took his time and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He did not charge for his time because he didn't do a repair! I will absolutely use Denny Plumbing again!!!

Mark Gottfried was an exceptional plumber. Right on time, if not earlier. He talked me through what the problem was and what we would need to do to fix the problem. Plumber came on schedule, evaluated work to be done, gave two options, called to order part, Office to call back with part price and schedule. Price for replacement of tube was $199 plus part. Second option was to replace the 2-year old faucet for $299 plus cost of faucet. I selected lower cost option knowing that the labor cost was high. Office left voice message same day that part price was $50 and delivery would be on a Wednesday, 10 days later. They would call when part arrived. On eleventh day, I called Denny and woman answering phone could not find paperwork, but would have another call back. Received voice message that part was not yet available and they would call when it was, no forecast. As a backup, I called Pfister since faucet was under warranty. Pfister ordered replacement part to arrive in 10-14 days. Two days later, on Saturday, I received a post card from Denny indicating "While we were unable to meet your plumbing needs at this time, we are forever grateful for the opportunity to provide you an estimate." I called Denny on Monday. A man answered, found the paper work, and agreed to call the local part supplier, get status, and call back. There was no call back. The part arrived from Pfister, I called another plumber in AngiesList, who responded within and hour and charged $105 to install the tube. This was my first bad experience with a high-rated vendor on AngiesList. Denny Plumbing is the exact opposite of CMC Plumbing's highly responsive and cost effective efforts in doing the actual installation.

Denny and Shaun are great! Very friendly, personable, and professional. They were right on time, did a great job, and did not leave a mess. I cannot speak to price as I did not do any shopping around. But Denny was up front with his price and NO hidden charges or surprises. I'm so pleased with them, I'm having them come back next week to replace a shower faucet! (He is even providing a discount for repeat business!)

I called at 8:00am, explained my situation (5 kids and no working bathrooms). They got me on the schedule for that day and had the problem fixed a few hours later. The plumbers were professional, good-natured, and worked quickly. Pricing was very fair. They will be my go-to from here on out.

I liked your service! You called me ASAP from the Home Advisor website before I even knew what was going on. You were available the next day. Had simple issues to remedy: (1) put in a new kitchen faucet (2) fix a leak in the utility room sink faucet. I sure don't like plumbing issues, but I will definitely call this company next time we need them. Thank you for showing up on time (between the time range we agreed on)....and the visit probably didn't take more than 1 hour or so. I'll give you an A+ rating.

We woke up with water all around our water heater. They came within 30 minutes. We had a new water heater within about three hours. Plumbing always seems very expensive to me, but in this situation I was satisfied with the price. The plumber was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

I called Denny Plumbing and one other plumbing company from Boerne's Best of the Best list for a leak under the sink in the kitchen. Friday afternoon-evening: All the plumbers had gone home, except Denny. James managed to slot me in with a Denny plumber who arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price, and repaired the leak, a broken pipe in the wall, AND cleaned up. Now I know why Denny Plumbing is #1 on Boerne's Best of the Best.

It was impossible to detect where the water entered the house so the plumber had to install a new line from the street.

They did it very quickly. They're fabulous. I felt like it was a good price. They always do fabulous work. The workers that I cam in contact with were fabulous. By the time they had to go get parts, it probably took him 4 hours, but once he did the work like actually doing the work it probably took him about an hour.  They left the area the way they found it. It was a mess when they got there.

They were able to get there the next day and kept me notified when there was a delay due to the previous service call. Very quick and professional and explained what needed to be done.
