We were buying from out of state. She learned what we were looking for, educated us about the area and then when we arrived
in Texas, she took us through shopping for, finding a home and then making a good offer that was accepted. She did this without wasting our time showing us properties that did not meet our criteria. Since we lived in another state, after finding the home we wanted to purchase, most of our business was handled on the phone or through the internet or FAX. She never missed a
detail. Also, every recommendation she made to companies and local vendors saved us time and money. They were prompt, courteous and honest as was she. We would highly recommend Karen Daly and this company to anyone looking for a home in this area. Her knowledge, contacts and experience made our experience very satisfying!
