CLIMATE CARE AIR COND & HTG

We've used Climate Care for more than 10 years for all of our A/C and heating needs. We have dealt with other companies in the Boerne and San Antonio areas for about 30 years, and trust me - they just do not compare - especially the larger companies who seem to have A/C Tech's that work on commission. Climate Care is a small business that seems to be run by very honest people who have always treated us right. We have received quotes for the same services before from other contractors, and then the Climate Care tech comes out and shows us that none of the quoted "repairs" were really even needed. When you hire this company, you are going to be treated very fairly and they are not going to try to sell you something that you don't need. And this year, we had a problem we couldn't just put a band aid on anymore - our main A/C unit finally needed to be replaced. You would not believe the quotes we received from other contractors. It was like buying a car. But as soon as the Climate Care rep. got a chance to call and give us a quote, we were totally relieved. It was a very fair price and the whole job was handled in a timely and efficient manner. They even let us have input into what type of unit we wanted them to install. We have recommended this company to many of our neighbors in the past, and never heard one complaint. For A/C and heating issues (or maintenance), I would wholeheartedly endorse this company.

It went very well. I was concerned about one and when I asked them, they fixed it. They were very responsive. They were very professional and the owner is interested in making sure the customers are happy. When I mentioned a problem, he fixed it. He is very much involved in the day to day affairs of the company.

We appreciated it. We just left the gate unlocked for him and he did a great job.
