Glass and Mirror Service
Called and made an appointment for them to come out. I took the day off so that I could meet them at 3pm as we had scheduled. I called at around 1pm to CONFIRM my appointment and they said "uh, let me check on that" they called back in about 15 minutes and said that they would not be coming out because they had been in that area earlier in the morning and would not be going back. So even though I had an appointment they would not come out and did not bother calling me to let me know. This is certainly no way to do business in my opinion.
