The service went well. Two different crews were out for the project. 2-3 technicians came out in each crew and completed the project in about 3-4 weeks total.They were all very skilled workers in their area of expertise. I really liked that they had 2 different crews for the different parts of the job. They were both very competent and knowledgeable. They were contentions and respectful of my home. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I had to wait a while to get the installation crew scheduled. I believe Rudy was the crew manager for the ceramic tile. The pricing was competitive.

They were very good, clean, fast, and efficient. His eyes were to keep on them for attention to detail on the finishing out. They were one side pointing anything else and more than willing to fix it. They really did a good job as far as I am concerned. They were comparable to everything I got quote.

Our experience was not good.A whole house flooring job prior to move in. The tile is uneven throughout the house. I can't even use my Hoover floor cleaner because of the tile edges that stick up all over the house. After taking gobs of money, they wouldn't even take the time to remove the trim lay the tile and replace the trim. There are loose tiles in my bathroom that make noise when walking on them. Ugh!I am very sad that I didn't get my moneys worth
